Even more excited to announce that I (Elisa) will now be leading 2 classes per week at Happy Buddha Yoga! Below I have listed my current, public teaching schedule with descriptions.
Tuesdays 11:00-12:00 Slow Flow/Deep Stretch
A Beginner friendly opportunity to explore Vinyasa sequencing at a slower pace and with comprehensive instruction to help learn terminology, alignment and ways to modify. Included in each hour long class will be passive stretching techniques (often with props) to encourage safe mobility and flexibility. Experienced practitioners are always welcome and will be offered advanced instruction to further challenge an established practice.
Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm Freestyle Flow
This Vinyasa forward offering will feature fun "salutation" variations along with a sprinkling of Hatha, Yin, and/or Restorative styles of yoga for a well-rounded experience. Freestyle Flow is a playful approach to aligned movement with just enough challenge thrown in to push out of our comfort zones. All-levels are welcome.
