This collaborative event will kick off at 9:00am on the field beside Orchard Hill Cidery with a 60 minute, flow-style practice accessible for most and led by Elisa Piscitelli, E-RYT of Wild Soul Yoga & Meditation. Class will include centering meditation, skillfully sequenced postures and conclude with a brief relaxation technique, all practiced outside in the late Spring morning air! Immediately following the class, make your way into the Taproom for your complimentary CiderMosa made with Orchard Hill Cider (21+ with ID).
