Tarin has been involved in her professional pursuit of greater fitness and well-being for more than a decade. With a background as a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, yoga came rather naturally to her.
In 2012, Tarin discovered the transformative powers of yoga practice in her own life, and went on to receive her 200-hour training from Yogafit. This athletic approach is what makes Tarin's classes unique and strong, while her friendly demeanor lets everyone know they are welcome and capable.
Tarin believes that yoga is for everybody and every body. With this mentality, she teaches her classes from her heart, creating an uplifting and safe environment for students to begin to explore and expand within their own body and consciousness.
