Staci attended her first yoga class in college and was immediately drawn to the energy and the challenging physical aspect. Yoga quickly became a healthy way of dealing with stress and a more exciting substitute for the gym.
In the winter of 2014 Staci completed her 200 hr teaching certification from Happy Buddha Yoga in Goshen. Getting certified was only the first stepping stone on her journey as a yoga instructor and is constantly learning more through books, workshops, and classes. Staci's other passions include herbology, gardening, reading, and being outside, especially with her dogs. She teaches a Vinyasa class at 4:00 on Sunday's at Wild Soul Yoga Studio.
