This is one of our biggest events of the year! Join Elisa on Thanksgiving morning, before the feast (and the awkward family moments) for an all levels friendly Flow & Restore style class. This is the perfect way to start the holiday and all proceeds go to benefit the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley!
The overall theme is centered around Santosha, a form of gratitude that reflects on contentment over gains. The movement is inspired by the cyclical flow of Namaskar (Salutations) as well as Restorative practice to calm the mind and body for a more balanced approach toward the rest of the day.
New for this year, all registrants must pay a non-refundable $10 registration fee in advance of the class. This is in an effort to cut down on "no-shows' whose absences take away the opportunity for someone on the waitlist as well as lowers the amount we donate as a community to The Food Bank of the Hudson Valley. All participants are welcome to donate additional cash on the day of the event. Class passes nor credit cards can be used.
If you pre-register, but know that you will not be able to make it, please email or message the studio as soon as you know so we can offer your spot to someone waiting.
This class has sold out every year, pre-registration is highly suggested and necessary. Once we hit our capacity, Elisa P. will create a wait list, that will need full name and a number to text when a spot opens up.
Please arrive on time (even if pre-registered) we start promptly at 9:00 and your spot will be given to someone waiting if you are not in studio.
POLICY: A $10 donation is required to reserve your spot. This is non-refundable due to the charitable nature of this event. If you cannot attend, please let us know as far in advance as possible so we can open it up to those on the waiting list. Your paid registration fee will be donated even if you do not show up!
