An all-levels friendly class incorporating stretching, slow flow and restorative styles of yoga.
Service Description
A great opportunity to wind down before bedtime but also get in some stretching, breath-work and meditation for mind/body wellness approach. Most classes can be practiced from a chair if preferred but class will be taught from the mat and may include simple standing sequences as well as poses practiced from the floor. Beginner Friendly! Thursday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm.

Cancellation Policy
Online Class Passes can not be refunded or transferred for any reason. Participant is responsible for keeping track of expiration dates and scheduled classes. If an online class is canceled by the host for any reason, all REGISTERED participants will be given back their credit for a future class with an extended expiration date to accommodate the inconvenience. By purchasing a pass, you accept and acknowledge this policy. Online yoga is not a substitute for physical, emotional or mental health therapy nor should it be applied as such. Participating in these services from the safety of your chosen space is at your own risk as well as your decision to use or omit the use any props or equipment. All verbal and demonstrated cues for physical yoga are suggestions based on the host's current knowledge and ability. Due to the online nature of these services, the host is unable to make specific modifications for injuries, different abilities, space restrictions or other issues that may come up in this online format.
