Mary Skrobola, BSN, RN, RYT
I am very grateful for the enlightenment and rewards my yoga journey is bringing to my life. My yoga practice is continually evolving and taking me to different levels of self-awareness. As a nurse, I have studied about and believe in the importance of a holistic approach to health. I feel that yoga has something to offer everybody; from increasing flexibility, to mind/body exploration, healing or a deeper connection with self.
I became a yoga teacher because I wish to share my love for this amazing and rewarding practice with others. I completed my 200 hour teacher training at Happy Buddha Yoga under Kelly Kamm, Charlene Predmore and Kate Perna and I am registered with the Yoga Alliance. I strive to make my classes accessible to yogis of all abilities, ages and interests.
Always a student of yoga, I will continue to study with incredible people, to deepen my personal practice and continue my journey of self-exploration and discovery, as I help guide others in this beautiful practice.
“YOGA IS A JOURNEY OF THE SELF, THROUGH THE SELF , TO THE SELF”. (BHAGAVAD GITA).
