Kyla Zimmerman watched her mother’s regular yoga practice since she was very young. As a teenager, her fascination with yoga blossomed when she sought healthy, spiritual methods to relieve stress and anxiety. Kyla engaged in self-taught practice for several years before trying formal classes in a yoga studio. She quickly discovered a sense of community and friendship though more formal practice and soon completed a 200-hour certified yoga teacher course (through The Yoga Alliance) at 108 Lotus in Milford Pennsylvania. Kyla believes in a functional, individualized approach to yoga and strives to help others connect physically, mentally and spiritually with their own practice. She believes that every single person can benefit from guided practice. She hopes to deliver a class that is immersive and supportive and foster a sense of union and community as well as a feeling of individual accomplishment.
