Sunset Yoga

Join me most Thursday evening's this summer at my home for gentle yoga and meditation!  We will practice outside in the yard surrounded by nature (and some highway noise). Time will be slightly adjusted for the sunsets so that there is still enough light to safely return to the house/vehicles after class but generally expect class to start between 7:15 and 7:30 and end by 8:30. Please bring your own mat, blocks, straps, blankets and any other props you might like to have. I have some extra props here but there is no guarantee they will be available. Please reach out if you'd like to reserve props.

Other items worth considering:

• water bottle/beverage

• bug spray (all natural please, I know they don't work as good, but keep our yard chemical free. If using Deet or other products, please apply prior to arrival)

• towel in case the grass is dewy or for personal…
