About the event

Join me most Thursday evening's this summer at my home for gentle yoga and meditation!  We will practice outside in the yard surrounded by nature (and some highway noise). Time will be slightly adjusted for the sunsets so that there is still enough light to safely return to the house/vehicles after class but generally expect class to start by 7:30 and end by 8:30. Please bring your own mat, blocks, blankets and any other props you might like to have. 

Other items worth considering:

  • water bottle/beverage

  • bug spray 

  • towel

  • dress in layers in case it gets cool
